Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

外賣羊腩煲回家

上次個Friend帶我黎呢間太子小菜館食晚飯，除咗D小菜出色之外，最正係試到佢地嘅支竹羊腩煲，唔洗$500一煲，羊腩比想像之中多，唔會將價就貨，因為衣家出街食飯如果食羊腩煲都唔平，始終D羊肉加貴咗好多，如果見到有D地方有二百幾蚊嘅羊腩，好多時一係就羊腩份量好少，一係D羊腩就肥到無朋友根本食唔到，一係D羊腩就un到癩晒線，所以都唔好浪費金錢，要食就正正經經食一煲合理價錢嘅羊腩煲好過，所以今次食過翻尋味，早幾日打定電話訂定個羊腩煲今晚拎返屋企食。呢度嘅羊腩好入味好新鮮，食落似係新鮮羊腩而唔係急凍嗰D，食材質素好自然味道都好D。
