To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日平日,趁放假一家人黎飲個下午茶,由2點到4點,3點半last order,三個人未食早餐午餐,一叫叫左11個點心結果埋單都係$200! 非常抵食!原來星期一至五下午茶大中小點一律都係6折,仲要免茶芥,免加一。真正係性價比極高呀。而且環境仲好好添,有一大個落地玻璃加開放式廚房推介用錫紙包住黎蒸嘅珍珠雞,鎖住水份,比平時嘅酒樓食到嘅係唔同d! 士多啤梨爆珠布甸甜品。爆珠好特別,下層有布甸,又唔太甜,正!
