日本菜居酒屋真係好多元化,難怪香港人咁鍾意,之前去開古今都係食佢嘅卷物,有時加幾串串燒,今次試埋佢個鍋物,原來都幾好食豚肉泡菜鍋除咗面頭一pat泡菜之外,成個presentation都好有日式shabu shabu嘅感覺,野菜同野菌墊底,面頭再鋪上厚身而軟滑嘅豚肉片,加埋泡菜增添酸酸辣辣嘅風味龍捲風沙律主要係蟹籽、蟹柳同多款新鮮沙律菜,分量充足又夠凍冰冰好清新,啱晒夏天食鹽燒鯖魚嘅魚肉好鮮甜,就咁唧少少檸檬汁已經好突出魚肉鮮香,魚皮燒到少少焦脆好香,魚肉好滑,魚骨好容易起出嚟都好方便食
