To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

經table map 訂枱比較方便，六時去到酒店場地，到六點三已經可以入座，座位之間闊落，方走動取食物。食物多以海鮮主有青口，長腳蟹，及龍蝦仔，其餘芝士種類也相對較多，而且也部份酒店自製如有黑胡椒芝士，有三款熱情果賓治可以自取，但相對其他款式的如中式飯餸或印度類不多。甜點也很好味，而且各款食物酒店會不停補充，服務及食物質素滿意。
