To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同屋企人食夜晚，環境十分之好，唔會太過嘈吵👍🏻今日有個貼心嘅侍應弟弟（金金地頭髮），如果你個碗或者碟污糟咗都會即刻幫你換🫶🏻，同埋會講解每道菜有咩特別，同埋用咗啲咩材料，佢都會推介今季有咩好食之類，服務質素幾好👍🏻🫶🏻食物質素都非常好，片皮鴨同羊架都好出色。1.小籠包同正常小籠包有分別，湯汁比較濃厚，而肉質比較腍身，但小籠包皮有少少厚身，不過整體都係幾好食。2.片皮鴨非常出色👍🏻師傅淨係將鴨嘅皮片出嚟，冇多餘嘅肉喺皮上面。餅皮都薄身同煙靭。3.我哋叫咗個唔辣嘅羊架非常之好食呀，香料唔會蓋過羊本身的鮮味，咸度適中，唔會太油膩，鍾意食羊嘅人一定要叫🫶🏻今晚整體用餐體驗係舒服😌。

食物質素都非常好，片皮鴨同羊架都好出色。
