To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 甜品是法式燉蛋
賣上令人相當驚喜及討好!

師傅花上心思在黑色的碟上加上白色粉末的圖案媽媽抱著 BB 的,很貼合這個主題啊!

燉蛋的方式就好似雙皮奶有雙重口感,
 表面帶有雙皮奶這種煙韌的表面!
內裏是嫩滑甜美的燉蛋,加上燕窩,正好把整道甜品也矜貴起來!
突顯母親的尊貴身份,十分窩心啊!
