試了一客時令菜龍鬚鮮魚絲,魚肉果然鮮美,砌成一條條絲狀仍然不會散開,口感又不會很結實,鬆軟得來又實在的感覺,味道就清清的,配上白飯很開胃好吃!
奶油津白聞一聞和吃下去是不同的味道,吃下去好吃得多,奶油味突出,芡汁不算太稀又不會太杰,配上鹹香的火腿碎作調味,精緻好吃!
蔥油拌麵比較像淮山麵,放久了就不能攪拌,真後悔應該趁端上來時就攪一攪。
食物味道不重口味,但是齒頰留香,是久違了的清新中菜。

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
