To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早前見到有網頁介紹銅鑼灣幾間出名有酸辣粉的餐廳，今日中午時間決定一試見鄰座的顧客點了口水雞酸辣粉套餐，賣相幾靚，好快決定好要跟！辣度方面，可以選少少辣、少辣等等。今次我選了少辣，初頭唔覺好辣，但愈食愈辣好過癮。湯底夠酸，材料也相當豐富，好適合喜歡芫茜的我，不錯的呢。口水雞的份量也充足，不會太喊。個人覺得有點少缺陷就是太肥，我是不吃雞皮的如果喜歡食肥美的雞皮的人就一定會好滿足。豆漿也不錯，不會太甜又夠大杯！也叫了奶茶，質素都幾好。餐牌上，一個餐大約80元，如果可以平返少少就好了。有機會都會再來！

口水雞的份量也充足，不會太喊。個人覺得有點少缺陷就是太肥，我是不吃雞皮的
如果喜歡食肥美的雞皮的人就一定會好滿足
。

豆漿也不錯，不會太甜又夠大杯！也叫了奶茶，質素都幾好。
