To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 三五知己想聚一聚,提議去容記。容記 除咗一般小菜 仲有大大個海鮮魚缸,龍蝦,東星斑,長腳蟹都有最近餐牌仲多左 d 秋冬之選見到隔離食羊腩煲好香,本來好想試但同行都冇人食羊,唯有下次先蝦餅$1386大塊。爽口彈牙夠厚身實淨。炸既火喉亦都剛剛好,唔會油腻。脆皮吊燒雞$138皮脆肉嫩唔會炸到柴哂皮。雞肉連皮都入味夠味,唔駛點淮鹽。佢唔會好似出面有d咸味淨係係個皮,D 肉無味。砂鍋砵酒焗蟮球$148平時砵酒焗生蠔就多, 砵酒焗蟮球都係第一次。估唔到個味咁夾。 蟮球先走油,食落唔會散收收。有薄脆粉亦都有助吸收砵酒味。 砂鍋上夠哂鑊氣。推介美極煎大海蝦$128呢個餸都處理得唔錯,證明廚房有功架。煎得唔錯,殼都脆到可以食。用美極吊起個味但唔會太咸。蝦係新鮮既不過極其量佢只可以叫中蝦。😂😂蠔油冬菇唐生菜$88冬菇份量比我想像中多同厚身連埋酒水茶芥,每人食左~$160
