濃湯原隻雞煲花膠湯中山脆肉鯇骨腩原條貴州野生竹笙王澳洲和牛牛展肉牛骨汁濃湯牛丸山根(炸麵根)雪耳杞子茶 最近成日都要ot, 想好好咁補下, 揀左間有花膠雞湯底嘅餐廳打番個養生邊爐。湯底要左半隻花膠雞, 有兩大片花膠同埋超大份雞肉。餐廳好貼心, 會俾大家影左相先再分雞肉, 雞肉大致依然嫩滑, 花膠爽脆, 食肉飲湯完先開始打邊爐。講起滋補, 當然唔少得菌菇, 見佢地有賣竹笙王, 我即刻order 左份, 黎到見到每一條貴州竹笙王都超厚, 放落湯底煮一陣吸收曬d 湯底精華真係幾好食。
