To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說食左魚一都幾年,同朋友講起元朗食日本野邊間好,魚一係我會推薦既其中一間。因為CP值高,同一價錢的魚生比其他店鋪更新鮮,但是今晚改變了我的感覺了。晚市要等位都預左,等左大約十五分鐘都有位了。食呢到如果係兩位既遇左要搭枱,因為佢兩人坐位得好小架咋。點了蕎麥冷麵,配上醬汁很好吃。也點了其他壽司,但吃起來沒以往新鮮,一般。中拖羅都幾多筋。但最令我失望既係個北海道海膽壽司。完全顛覆了對「北海道海膽」既認知。係一種低質海膽既味道,有點似壞了,不新鮮既味道。最衰我一口食左,難食到要停落黎,飲下茶,清清佢。我無諗過係魚一係會食到如此質素既海膽,記得之前食海膽刺身係好靚好好食。埋單時跟店員反映,海膽的問題,店員則表示現在不是當造的季節。我隨即請教,那什麼時候是當造的季節(為防下次中伏嘛),店員卻說:那我就不知道了😂作為店員也不知道,那作為食客的我為免再次中伏,只好當我再次想吃日本料理時,即使心中閃過魚一,還是要提醒自己,魚一,不了。
