To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). 叫化雞需要預訂,睇相覺得幾有趣。不過原來都係打卡野,可以自己扑一下,儀式感滿滿。唔好諗住全程自己扑爛佢,會整到成枱都係泥,輕輕扑一兩下就收返入廚房處理。食落無乜特別。

老家柚子魚嘅柚子幾好食。北京填鴨不過不失。辣子羊幾香口。

⏱️一次過拎出黎根本食唔切,完全係浪費食物。又唔知點解雞絲粉皮同土豆絲會排到最後兩三樣先出場。

🤷🏾‍♂️總之成個體驗好差,食物味道又一般。我諗如果3-4個人食嘅話就無咁覺嘅,我地7-8個人有9-10樣野,大概10分鐘已經上曬枱,幾咁有效率。
