雖然算不上是burger控,不過都幾鍾意食,今日就嚟咗呢間burgeroom 朝聖。餐牌分牛肉類、魚和海鮮類、雞鴨類、和素食等差不多40款burger可選,另外有小食和沙律等,飲品選擇亦很多。今日食咗個「黑松露芝士大烤菇煙肉牛肉漢堡」( $130 ),加$30轉套餐,有埋薯條及飲品,飲品可選餐牌上的熱飲、冰茶,或雪櫃內的樽裝飲品,最後我揀咗個桃味果汁汽水,都不錯。Burger製作需時,同行朋友嗌嘅「蜜味辣雞翼」($60/6隻)就出場先,試咗一隻都幾好味,辣味唔算好勁,但食落好惹味,似係新鮮炸出嚟,正!主角出場,個包size都幾巨型,一拎上嚟已經聞到好香嘅黑松露味。牛肉漢堡好厚,好有肉味。仲有個大啡菇都好大,而且食落仲有好多水份,唔會焗到乾晒相當juicy。加埋啲溶咗嘅芝士,直情一路食,一路都滴啲汁出嚟,好好味呀!朋友叫咗個「軟殼蟹漢堡」( $108 ),真係有成隻軟殼蟹係個包度,相當大隻,食落好多蟹肉、厚身,仲有番茄和生菜做配菜,好味!套餐嘅薯條都算粗,又係新鮮熱辣辣炸出嚟,正!可以喺自助吧嗰度自己唧茄汁,食幾多用幾多!Burgeroom仲有個細心之處,就係每個Burger都會幫你切一
