To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好少去鰂魚涌附近食飯，今次由同事帶路試左一間家常星馬料理，份量大而且價錢合理，原來呢度有性價比咁高嘅選擇！之所以話家常料理，係因為由裝修到食物選擇都沒有過多花巧同誇張嘅設計，當日食飯唔少都係一家大細來幫襯的街坊。海南雞點了半隻，打算留肚試其他菜式，估唔到半隻份量都好多。雞已經拆骨所以食落啖啖肉，雞胸位都唔會韌身，而且雞唔會過肥，連皮食都冇咁邪惡。上菜又一次驚訝點解咁大份，參巴雞翼第一次食，外面炸過咬落脆身，入面仲keep到唔乾身有肉汁，而且食落好惹味，小朋友一定勁鐘意！喇沙湯底好香椰奶味，唔會太辣蓋左鮮味，海鮮份量都幾多。配搭幼嘅米線同粗嘅瀨粉，前者爽口後者軟滑，一齊食口感好得意。串燒好香口，我會點勁多沙嗲醬一齊食，好濃花生味。薄餅略為唔夠香脆，好在唔會油膩，咖哩醬偏咸所以點薄餅岩岩好。馬拉盞炒菜心，菜心冇根又甜，馬拉盞香得黎唔會太重味，好正！冇人帶路真係唔知個頭有間味道唔錯性價比又高嘅星馬菜！
