To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天約了一位朋友聊聊天，來到這家光鮮亮麗的餐館，裏面樓底高，感覺挺寬敞。我們入座後店員遞上餐牌。 因為我們很餓，看了一會兒就決定叫酸菜魚，炸饅頭，西冷牛排和蒜泥白肉。最先上來的是蒜泥白肉，薄切五花腩顯刀工，上面的醬料豐富，和肉的份量呈一比一比例，不過不失接著就是酸菜魚(小), 我們叫了小份，但份量非常足 - 酸菜以及裏面的粉條很多，我們2個人都最後吃不完呢。魚的份量就剛好，而且滑滑的，部分有一點碎骨，所以進食小心點就ok我最喜歡的是炸饅頭！這個炸饅頭炸得稍微過了點火候但夠脆！就喜歡這種 雖然一開始店員忘記了給煉奶，但提醒之後立馬補回，很開心還有一份西冷牛排，肉質厚，份量多，如果5成的話應該很棒。總的來說，推薦給長沙灣附近喜歡大大份食物的朋友呢～
