To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐冇去過大家樂食飯,所以今晚去食一食。望到餐牌好耐,都唔知想食咩,淨係想食酥皮湯,所以點了一客一哥焗豬扒飯加酥皮湯,盛惠$36;朋友點了中式餐,福建炒飯加紅青蘿蔔湯。酥皮湯─當酥皮浸落湯中再吃,真係好好味,但其實個湯做得唔好,勁多渣。一哥焗豬扒飯,份量其實足夠兩人食嘅,但豬扒頗為失色,豬扒薄,仲要用一層厚厚的粉漿包住,no good!朋友所點的福建炒飯亦唔好得去邊,賣相不佳,味道亦不佳,反而中式湯又係勁多湯渣,不過不失。
