Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

很久之前跟朋友來過這裡打邊爐, 印象唔深, 之後都無再黎過. 前幾天再與10多位同事慶生, 先發覺原來自己曾經來過, 不過今次就係VIP房食, 間房好豪wor.完全唔似係食火鍋.同事貞重問我係咪食法國餐, 心想會不會很貴及呢!服務基本上是很好的, 差不多全程都有黑衫服務員招呼, 換碟等等, 完全是酒店式服務一向抱著"只要食, 不要問"的態度打邊爐ga ma..今次唔同, 事關食左塊不一樣的牛肉起頭, 件牛肉薄簿地, 但都幾大塊, unfold左有半張A4紙甘大, 呈粉紅色, 雪花紋均勻, 一放入口, 唔駛點嘴嚼, 件牛好似會溶O甘, 牛香味不會慢慢退卻, 反而越食越重牛味, 我問隔離同事這是什麼牛, 被服務員聽到, 他說是A5和牛,..keeke..大鄉里看見有七彩的丸子, 我吃了紫色的丸子, 食完先知原來是紫心番薯墨魚丸, 墨魚丸的彈牙與番薯的質地好似有的怪, 但紫心番薯的香味又的確為墨魚丸增添多一點特色. 因為淨墨魚丸經已食到悶.另外吃了豬肉, 一片片重薄過肥牛, 食完先知原來是西班牙黑毛豬, 切得o甘薄我諗係為免豬肉質地"鞋", 薄薄地好易入口.d黑松和牛餃..服務員還未介紹完,

吃左麻醬青瓜雞肉餃, 個餡似雞絲粉皮, 幾match的.

老闆特意叫了一個窩蛋免治牛肉通菜煲, 聽秘書講老闆很喜歡這小
菜, 我試了少少, 覺得質感好得意好味, 其實窩蛋免治牛肉同通菜
都極common, 偏偏撞起上黎有種全新鮮感.

全晚食O甘多野都係三百多元, 加上一流環境, 再夾多位生日同事,
我認為是值得的
