呢次我嚟到中環嘅和牛割烹小田,真係要大大推介呢間Omakase餐廳佢哋用嘅小田牛真係一絕,肉質軟嫩,油花分佈均勻,食落口感滑溜,唔會太肥膩,食到你唔想停口一開波嘅Espresso牛肉湯真係好驚喜,用嘅係最純天然嘅材料,完全冇加調味,靠牛肉同鰹魚嘅鮮味,湯底清甜,但又帶有濃郁嘅牛味,飲完之後覺得好開胃炭燒茄子係凍食,配埋魚卵拌魷魚同西京味噌秋葵,食起嚟好清新,呢啲小菜都做到咁有心思,真係唔錯精选牛肉配味噌、昆布同胡麻蔥汁,啲牛肉唔係一般嘅薄片,而係切得厚身少少,肉味超濃,配埋嗰三種調味,完美得嚟唔會搶走牛肉嘅風頭其中一個highlight就係佢哋嘅醬油蝦海膽和牛他他飯,將牛肉同海膽、蝦肉嘅鮮味同醬油嘅鹹香完美融合,食完唔得唔讚食完之前幾道牛肉菜之後,嚟個橙皮酒香啫喱配甜梨酸甜嘅橙皮同啫喱加上啲微微嘅酒香,入口即化,啫喱嘅質感爽滑,配埋甜梨嘅清甜脆口,真係一個絕佳嘅轉折位,reset晒味蕾,準備好迎接下一道重頭戲跟住就到炭燒夏多布里昂牛里脊,呢度選用嘅牛里脊切得比較厚身,牛味非常濃郁,再加上用炭燒嘅做法,牛肉表面燒得有啲微焦,但裡面保持咗啲多汁嘅質感,仲有味噌同昆布嘅醬料調味,令整道菜鹹香

跟住就到炭燒夏多布里昂牛里脊,呢度選用嘅牛里脊切得比較厚身,牛味非常濃郁,再加上用炭燒嘅做法,牛肉表面燒得有啲微焦,但裡面保持咗啲多汁嘅質感,仲有味噌同昆布嘅醬料調味,令整道菜鹹香得嚟唔會蓋過牛肉本身嘅風味。呢一道真係鍾意重口味牛肉嘅朋友必試!

最後嚟到甜品,今日嘅甜品係豆腐布甸配楓糖漿、日本柿同紅酒啫喱。甜品嘅每個元素都配合得好好,真係幫整餐嚟個完美收尾!

服務方面,店員好貼心,從頭到尾都解釋每一道菜嘅來歷同做法,仲會同你推介點樣搭配食物去發掘唔同嘅味道層次,令整個Omakase體驗非常愉快
