臨近做冬時節,同朋友去咗酒樓食中菜。主要點咗羊腩煲、清蒸沙巴龍躉🐟配菠蘿咕嚕肉,兩道菜都好夠份量。冬天最嗰食羊腩煲$338,羊腩煲真係一大煲,份量十足,啱晒一班朋友圍住枱邊慢慢嘆。羊腩煮得非常軟腍,毫無羶味,湯底濃郁帶甘香,暖胃又滋補。配料方面,除咗羊腩仲有支竹、筍、冬菇,支竹吸滿湯汁,入口爆香。呢個羊腩煲性價比極高,啱晒冬天嚟食。清蒸沙巴龍躉配菠蘿咕嚕肉$288,抵食。沙巴龍躉清蒸得恰到好處,魚肉嫩滑鮮甜,配埋豉油同蔥花,一啖一啖食得好滿足。至於菠蘿咕嚕肉就酸酸甜甜,咕嚕肉香脆,肉質唔會太油膩,外層炸得脆口但內裡仍然保留咗嫩滑嘅口感。
