To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 很久沒有光顧了,QR code自助下單,菜式選擇少得可憐🥺好友於內地回來,一心想帶他食美味中菜,失望至極不知是否換了廚師👨‍🍳禪園小炒皇原來是素食,失望菇類較多,味道淡白切清遠雞瘦得可憐,半碟是骨味道一般大澳蝦醬骨,終於有一樣是好味的鬆脆可口,蝦醬味道剛好本想再加餸,但實在選不到,唯有轉地方再食😹
