To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日剛好到兆康見朋友,附近沒有太多餐廳可以選擇,所以我們到了位於嶺南大學內的嶺南樓食點心。下午2點開始就有下午茶點餐紙。我們只是叫了一個燒鴨瀨粉、香煎臘味蘿蔔糕及椰香棗皇糕。燒鴨瀨粉配上酸梅醬,瀨粉有口感。香煎蘿蔔糕食到有蘿蔔絲及臘味,煎得金黃可口。椰香棗皇糕Q彈,是養生甜品之選。
