To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 身為Omakase控的我, 一到假日, 就會周圍搵Omakase食。早前在附近酒吧食小吃的時後, 見到尖沙咀地鐵站隔離的H Zentre, 新開了一家食Omakase的日式食店。店內的座位不多, 只有壽司吧枱坐。只有3個套餐, $1380,$1680及$1880。我們2人點了1880的, 有7款刺身, 2款和食, 6款壽司及甜品。吃壽司, 當然梅酒少不了, 一小杯甜甜的自家制梅酒,酒味不濃,大量梅肉在杯中浮游著, 清甜無比。三款前菜, 新鮮炸蟹, 日本新鮮腐皮及蕃茄水雲漬, 新鮮炸蟹好迷你, 一小隻蟹炸至金黃色, 先食蟹腳, 再把整隻食, 香脆可口; 其次食新鮮腐皮, 香軟白滑, 濃郁大豆味道; 最後才食蕃茄水雲漬, 酸酸甜甜, 十分醒胃。刺身石垣鯛, 是九洲魚, 薄切至透明, 比較黏口,夾以紫蘇花及酸汁一起吃, 味道十分匹配。再來隻來自岩手縣的米崎生蠔, 配以酸汁啫喱, 生蠔手掌般大隻, 晶瑩剔透,水汪汪的, 豐富的海水味道, 配以啫喱不會覺得有一絲的蠔腥味。入口爽口清甜, 一啖即愛上。北海道北寄貝刺身, 撒上柚子皮碎, 刺身爽口清甜帶微微的柚子味。煙燻燒平政魚配以三星漬加面豉醬,
