係渝酸辣粉唔食辣好似幾浪費。順理成章一口氣點咗口水雞、四川擔擔麵、大蒜鱔魚麵。本來想叫招牌套餐(口水雞加擔擔麵套餐),奈何星期六日無做呢。呢度既四川擔擔麵同其他地方既分別係喺湯度:沒有花生香的辣湯,取而代之係麻香辣湯淺淺的在麵底,蛋麵算係有筋性彈牙,灑上蔥花同花生碎,簡單得嚟味道都帶出來,正所謂less is more 😍口水雞(少辣)亦唔錯,雞本身夠嫩滑無筋,亦都用了花椒、辣油蔥花調味。如非叫了麵,呢個花椒汁下飯是一流的。老闆好好,叫大蒜鱔魚麵既時候溫馨提示湯同餸係預先煮好的,辣度無得減少。個麵辣得香麻味濃,湯底有好多花椒同辣椒,而鱔魚同茄子份量各佔一半,麵條亦是蛋麵。由於有較辣既湯底,麵都掛了湯,個麵比四川擔擔麵味道更辣更麻,不過蒜味唔係好重,或者辣味已蓋過咗。食得太過癮,我哋亦唔想個肚仔受罪,叫咗杯青瓜豆奶。原來青瓜同豆奶都幾夾,味道好似曾經係四川餐廳飲過既青豆豆腐花,都係味道清淡,而豆類製品都可以中和辣度保護胃壁。完滿地享用了這一餐😊最後想講,食四川野嚟講,呢間算最乾淨嗰幾間(空氣、枱凳同舖頭四周)。而當間舖主打辣野時,店員都老闆都關心你食唔食得咁辣去提示你唔食得太辣唔好叫呢樣
