對上一次嚟係4人限聚,食客不多,老闆娘十分好客,仲好樂意為我哋特別煮,上次我哋無打邊爐,但想食鷄子,老闆娘同廚房大佬商量完後,就整咗個薑蔥爆鷄子,我哋想食個炒菜,但又唔想咁普通,過了一會就奉上鹹魚茸炒西洋菜,菜又嫩又新鮮,少少鹹魚茸惹味得嚟唔太鹹,最難得係真係有心思,其他小菜亦睇得出大廚十分有水準!一聽到晚市會開就馬上訂位,訂位時同老闆娘講我哋想食豬腦,點煮由她發板,結果超驚喜😍😍,連十歲小朋友食完都話好味,我哋話係中式鹹味布甸🤭🤭 嗰晚爆場,辛苦曬老闆娘、大廚,老闆嗰晚都全程喺廚房無停過,有水準嘅食肆終於捱過疫情可以開返,十分感動,未夠七點已經無walk in,要食好嘢記得book枱😊😊
