To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 小妹已經好耐冇食過富臨皇宮啦,原因係佢係開張嗰陣時都幾好食,但人多左之後質素下降左好多,服務態度同質素亦都係,但今次一食改善左好多,各方面都大有進步,令我對佢有番信心,都幾推薦比大家👍👍.🧚🏻‍♀️海皇冬瓜盅有蟹肉,瑤柱,火腿,蝦,豬肉等等,煲到好入味,濃而不過度,清而香甜,清清地好足料👍🧚🏻‍♀️海鮮三寶:白灼海生蝦+金蒜銀絲蒸帶子+清蒸龍躉仔 呢個3寶只需要$238,係個帶子蒸得耐左韌左啲,但總體而言樣樣都好新鮮,味道都好好,最重要係真係好抵食呀🎉仲有就算剩係睇個海蝦,見到佢個賣相係有排過,由此可見真係用心左好多🙂🧚🏻‍♀️薑蔥焗桶蠔 呢一個需要$168,雖然啲蠔好大隻,但就只係得6隻,相對地冇咁抵食,但味道方面大家都好欣賞,上菜熱辣辣渣渣聲,好香👃🏻而且佢用煲仔上,啲蠔會有少少燒焦味,加分😋🧚🏻‍♀️竹笙羅漢上素 🧚🏻‍♀️荷香鼓味蒸白鱔🧚🏻‍♀️魚肚肉碎浸勝瓜🧚🏻‍♀️生煎菜肉包 另外以上呢幾味我就唔逐一講啦,總言之味道都調較得好好,煮得好好食,完全打破咗我之前對佢嘅印象,今次成家都食得好開心😝
