燒物: 就有北海道帶子加鮑魚湯醬同芝士碎,炸完嘅北海道帶子唔會好柴,食得出帶子嘅鮮味,底放嘅係好濃嘅鮑魚湯醬加埋帶有咸香嘅芝士碎真係好夾。

茶碗蒸: 係由日本海膽,湯葉和日本海苔熬製而成,師傅介紹「湯業」即係豆腐最面個層,,亦都性格豆腐最重豆味嘅地方。食落真係同平時食嘅豆腐好有差別。因為本身湯業和日式海苔嘅味道加埋唔算好鹹,所以有埋海膽嘅鮮味加落去就真係調味得啱啱好。

お椀係一個味增湯:,平時好怕飲到啲好鹹嘅味噌湯, 但呢個味噌湯就由魚熬製而成,味道剛剛好好。

水菓子: 係提子,cream同米餅整成嘅一個撻。呢個提子米餅撻真係驚豔到我,爽脆嘅提子加埋雲呢拿味嘅cream放上米餅到,味道唔會好死甜,雲呢拿味嘅cream係好淡嘅甜味,但加埋又甜又爽嘅提子就啱啱好。
