To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前去食過上環鮨燐,今次同朋友再食不過係尖沙咀店,估唔到一樣咁full,當晚係坐滿晒人🙈今次我哋叫咗14貫壽司omakase,我覺得比上環店再好食啲🤤前菜係枝豆、木魚花啫喱同西京芥末籽粒貝。🍣14貫壽司-愛媛縣蜜柑雕真係食到有蜜柑味!-帆立貝青檸汁-深海池魚-赤貝師傅會先拍打赤貝令到赤貝神經收縮會爽啲,食落口感真係好爽口好fresh。-間八魚用上北海道麵豉醬三星漬調味,啱啱好同魚好夾。-北海道墨魚-石垣貝-金目鯛-新鮮銀雪魚 好少有新鮮銀雪魚,配上柚子胡椒好食。-海膽-中toro-大toroToro無筋好鮮。-左口魚裙邊加上秘製醬汁油香更出。-鯖魚上面有塊白昆布入面包住飯。最後有自家製嘅抹茶布甸🍮,超濃抹茶味加滑嘟嘟布甸好正。
