週末放假想懶下都好正常,訓到晏一晏先起身,落街食少少野再返屋企打下機更加係人生一大樂事。咁啱樓下有間茶餐廳開左,重要係主打我至愛常餐嘅民華餐廳,二話不說即刻入去試試。一入到去,可能係新店關係,望落十分乾淨企理,伙記睇落都好醒目,坐低冇耐就過泥幫我落單喇。我叫左個鮮茄叉燒通+火腿炒蛋多士。去民華,識嗌一定係嗌多士,平時茶餐廳都係跟方包,泥到可以轉多士重唔洗加錢,咁就當然係叫多士喇。一上枱,多士烘到啱啱好,脆口又不至於燶,加埋半溶牛油咬落口直情係神來之筆,再放埋個滑蛋上去咬多啖,嘩,炒蛋點解可以做到咁滑又唔老嘅? 之後再慢慢食埋個鮮茄通粉,食完就返屋企打機,渡過呢個美好週末。但係,我已經知道係未來日子我會經常為左呢個炒蛋多士過泥報到,因為實在係太好味喇!!!!!!
