To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時都幾鐘意食粉麵檔，貪佢好食又方便。呢間田記粉麵檔喺正油麻地A1出口，位置好方便～呢間主打魚蛋同牛腩，所以同朋友點咗一碗牛腩米粉同埋一碗魚蛋牛腩河。牛腩米粉同店員講咗要瘦啲牛腩，睇落都ok,冇咩肥膏，即使係瘦腩食落都幾淋，有牛味嘅，唔癡牙，米粉係爽口嘅，大碗，夠飽魚蛋牛腩河自家制手打魚蛋，夠晒爽口彈牙，充滿魚肉嘅鮮香味，加上半肥瘦牛腩😋河粉都夠滑，食完一碗亦非常飽肚，夠晒足料。腩汁芥蘭芥蘭翠綠爽口，加上腩汁，唔錯加$8就有一杯飲品
