呢間餐廳位於龍尾村的中式庭園私房菜,師傅會按照當天最新鮮的食材,再構思菜式,係中式的omakase~師傅係前福臨門廚師主理,厲害👍酸辣土豆絲x手拍青瓜x椒鹽脆魷魚以脆嫩的土豆絲為主角,酸辣的調味恰到好處,刺激味蕾,開胃。手拍青瓜爽脆可口,小菜清新又解膩。魷魚外酥內嫩,椒鹽的香氣四溢,細細份就唔覺得好邪惡。粟米豆腐花膠羹豆腐花的柔滑搭配粟米的甜味,花膠的加入為羹品增添了豐富的口感,滋補又養生。藤椒蒸斑球斑球肉質鮮嫩,藤椒帶香辣,但會保留了魚的鮮美,適合喜愛鍾意新口味嘅人。沙拉一字骨甜香可口的沙拉醬汁,人人喜愛。特別鍾意一字骨嘅部位,因為肉質會較滑~葱油雞葱蒜薑都係師傅自己手切,比例都師傅自家調製,比坊間的葱油特別好味,葱香味濃,雞肉亦醃得好入味。上湯鮮百合浸菠菜鮮百合的甘香與菠菜的清香交融,湯汁清澈而鮮美。古法金瑤炒絲苗炒絲苗的米粒分明,瑤柱份量多,每口都食到,口感豐富。銀耳南北杏燉萬壽果甜品滋潤可口,萬壽果增添了自然的甜味,冬天飲完,喉嚨很滋養。
