To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大閘蟹套餐🦀不過不失

又到食大閘蟹的季節， 預早了兩個星期前訂座 ，限時约個半鐘頭用膳， 此分店在我用膳那晚上（是平日）， 所有座位已被訂滿 （晚上六時首輪），剛碰巧有客人walk-in 都沒有位。 有心食的朋友， 請提早訂位。 今次選食二人大閘蟹套餐，兩母一公， 會先上兩隻母，待食完之後才上另外一隻公，其他小菜方面，份量比較少 ，味道不過不失， 糯米飯份量可以， 最後的薑茶湯丸很夠薑味。 總括而言此套餐不過不失 ，沒有驚喜 。 今次選用了openrice的 優惠券 平了幾十元。
