To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又到蟹季😋每年得咁短時間可以食到膏蟹🥹。次次食兩三隻又食得唔過癮。最好就係食大閘蟹放題,一次過食蟹食到飽🦀 舊年揀咗間日式火鍋食大閘蟹放題,點知10隻起碼有三隻係唔新鮮。今次專登揀間酒樓食✌🏻果然冇令我失望🫶🏻唔單止蟹新鮮,而且佢仲有三種口味可以選。分別係清蒸、鹽焗、花雕蒸。三隻口味我都試咗,其實三隻都好食。鍾意重口味小小嘅可以揀鹽焗。一啲都唔食得腥嘅可以揀花雕蒸。鍾意原汁原味嘅就揀清蒸。三隻口味都好正😍 大閘蟹餐裏便仲包咗每位一盅金湯小米會燕窩、蠔皇原隻鮑魚、蟹粉扒豆苗、回味欖角骨。呢個欖角骨係超級好味,我自己都幾乎食咗一大碟。除此之外,點餐紙上所有嘅嘢都係任食。佢哋個金陵片皮鴨都好正。鴨皮脆香,肥瘦適中,點梅子醬包裹香蔥。青瓜再加一層薄皮。一啲都唔膩。我自己都食咗一份。大概有八片😋其實食咗我以上講嘅菜式,再食小小主食、涼菜、甜品、再飲少少飲品已經飽到郁唔到。
