To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有餚又怎能沒有酒,陳年花雕分別有8年及20年,識飲梗係飲20年啦;這支「夜上海二十年陳太雕」,味道香濃醇厚,配大閘蟹更是一流,價錢也只是$680支,飲得過;在之前先選大家各自喜愛的酒杯,好有飲清酒的感覺。🍶

加入蟹粉的三款菜式,分別係肉質細嫩的「蟹粉扒海釣黃魚」、爽彈帶咬口的「蟹粉花膠」及啖啖肉的「蟹粉銀鱈魚蒸肉餅」;可能因加入蟹粉,三款味道相似但口感不同,最喜歡當中的海釣黃魚,採用上等的「閩東壹魚」,肉質鮮嫩有彈性,美味可口。😍

甜品試了其中幾樣,分別係外脆內軟滑的「豆沙窩餅」、香滑帶豆香的「木桶豆腐花」及「滋補紅棗糕」,最喜歡當中軟糯香甜的紅棗糕,口感Q彈,帶陣陣紅棗香味,令人一試難忘。
