To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 白駒過隙,這麼快又來到冬至,亦係疫後首個冬至,很多朋友都問我倆,想找一家特别既餐廳與家人共聚,即時想起最近品嚐過,位於海洋公園 海龍皇餐廳 最近推出既「冬日美饌」四人晚餐餐廳就設在大魚缸背景下,邊欣賞魚兒悠然自得四處游走,邊可品嚐特別挑選的環保海鮮,真的是香港少有的用䬸氛圍,先來四款頭盤柚香涼拌茄子 茄子一向是比利愛吃之物,今次以柚子汁作調味,味道來得清新,令人胃納大開醉香鮑魚拌魚籽 原隻鮑魚以酒調味,多一份芳醇香氣,入口軟腍得來又帶彈牙口感,加上魚籽更添口感惹味既 椒鹽雞軟骨,炸得乾身,非常脆身最後一道前菜,就是最重口味既 川汁白肉卷,白肉加上辣油和紅椒,帶點辣勁,卻又恰到好處,連不太吃得辣的我倆也可以接受到前菜過後,來一盅 姬松茸桃膠燉烏雞湯 暖暖身,非常足料,湯頭清純又富雞的香氣,還有姬松茸和桃膠等,滋補非常,實在是女生恩物主菜 黃金燕麥阿拉斯加長腳蟹 也來得有心思,以阿拉斯加長腳蟹入饌,並以最流行的「黃金」煮法來炮製,加入鹹蛋黃和燕麥,脆身外層非常香口惹味,入面則是香甜的鮮蟹肉,整體無論食味和口感都非常豐富,令人印象深刻另一道主菜是 野菌燒汁牛小排,肉質軟腍,味道濃郁,非常討

海洋公園這個「冬日美饌」四人晚餐定價HK$2,280,如超過四位的話亦可靈活按人數加量(每位 HK$570),有興趣的朋友可向餐廳査詞和訂位喔~ 供應期有限喔~

其實,大家知否海洋公園現時是六時後是免費入場的,加上地鐵通車後的確方便很多,園內有多間餐廳選擇,大家想有一個遠離繁嚣的餐聚,這裡或許是一個好選擇
