真羨慕住在天后區的人,到處都是美食。日前發現木星街有一間西班牙餐廳,遂與好友往一試。餐廳的裝修新穎,與舊有的食肆有點不同,然而概念是好的,可提升該區的食肆形象。好友嗜杯中物,先來一杯西班牙水果酒sangria,多種水果的味道與紅酒混合,芳香而飄逸,容易入口。 吃tapas是西班牙人的習慣,入鄉隨俗點了三款試試。炭燒沙甸魚,煎得香口,上放火紅的番茄蓉、橄欖油、檸檬汁,充滿地中海風情。煎蟹餅是將蟹肉堆成餅狀,煎至焦香,寵壞了喜歡吃蟹而不喜歡剝殼之美女好友,蘸點些蛋黃醬,香滑沉實的味道,令人回味。炸辣腸碌結,辣腸切碎加入粉漿,外層上麵包糠,香脆外殼,內裏熱爆漿,佐酒良伴。想裹腹,何不來一客西班牙海鮮飯,有多種海鮮,蝦,魷魚,魚柳,蜆,青口等,飯粒吸收了海洋精華,濃香惹味,本是不錯,惟藏紅花的味道欠奉,似乎美中不足。好友們意猶未盡,點了紅酒,而我不勝酒力,以mocktail 代酒,輕談淺酌,彼此度過愉快的晚上。
