To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前食過九龍灣嗰間覺得啲豚肉都幾好食，見咁啱太古有分店就去咗食。-今日照叫咗特盛豚肉眼丼，total有成六至$7豚肉，同埋都幾厚身，不過今次唔係每塊都有肥肉，冇肥肉嘅會比較乾身。-另外叫咗雞肉天婦羅定食試吓，雞肉天婦羅，超級Juicy，唔講完全唔知食緊雞肉，呢個超有驚喜，所以再叫多個天婦羅小食，有海老、南瓜、皇帝菜、冬菇、茄子。全部都冇炸到乾身，而且個天婦羅漿亦都唔厚，海老食落都幾彈牙，下次嚟應該會再encore天婦羅定食😋
