To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

天氣一涼涼地，除咗想打邊爐之外，最想食就係煲仔飯啦🤩真係對憶食尚嘅臘味煲仔飯念念不忘呀💖廣式臘味煲仔飯煲仔飯入面嘅三款臘味都超高質😚臘腸三分肥七分瘦，一咬開有肉汁😛臘肉肥而不膩，唔會癡牙😜臘鴨夠咸香又唔會好乾身🤗米飯粒粒分明，加埋蔥花同豉油食真係超正🫶最後呢飯蕉都唔可以錯過😋甜蜜咕嚕肉咕嚕肉外脆肉嫩，咕嚕醬汁仲識拔絲😍配菜仲有好多菠蘿🍍三色椒🫑紫洋蔥🧅瑶柱蝦米雜菜煲除咗瑶柱同蝦米之外仲有多蒜片😇雜菜分別有西蘭花、津白同菜心💚
