韓國高級燒烤店,不論是店面,服務,食材都非常講究。店舖很火,客人很多,大家一定要及早訂位喔。經理很親切地介紹了Steak Omakase Selected cuts套餐給我們,推介果然驚喜。很快前菜、季節沙律、醬油盛合一併上桌,真心每樣都很吸引「韓式生醃魷魚오징어젓갈」 這道前菜是我在香港第一次食到,之前在韓國食過,但香港少見,醃魷魚非常鮮味,而且是無限添加。醬油盛合有2隻帶子和 2隻巨大的牡丹蝦帶子爽滑彈牙又鮮味。牡丹蝦肉質晶瑩,經醬油浸泡,更鮮更甜不止,蝦肚子的蝦籽更是爆多,回味無窮。熟成烤肉Omakase四款熟成烤肉:牛小排、肉眼、豬梅肉和豬五花,每款烤肉都粉嫩粉嫩,油脂均勻,讓人垂憐三尺。餐廳非常貼心,可以為客人燒烤,但今天選擇自己動手燒,燒烤最重要先用牛油脂把烤網塗勻,增香氣外也不容易黏底。首先燒的是牛小排,快熟解饞。牛小排油脂均勻,入口即化。接著是豬五花,薄切的豬五花,肥瘦相間,中高火燒至兩面金黃,油甘肉甜,正👍🏻豬梅肉,厚實,經過熟成,肉味更濃郁,纖維軟化,口感軟腍熟成肉眼扒,厚切,牛肉味超濃,高火燒烤,兩面金黃,中間5成熟,不需沾醬料也超級好吃😋接下來是石鍋八爪魚飯,石
