To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日叫咗個海鮮喇沙米同埋熱玫瑰花紅茶😋第一次試食呢間喇沙店，份量充足，個喇沙湯底唔辣，適合想食喇沙但又唔食得辣嘅朋友😊😋 不過其實餐廳仲有多一個選擇就係可以轉雞湯底！另外，d蝦係選用新鮮嘅蝦👍呢個好重要🤗😊😃熱辣辣嘅玫瑰花紅茶永遠係我至愛🥰好少喇沙店會有呢個熱飲選擇仲要杯茶上一上枱就見到有好幾粒玫瑰花-非常好😌之前去過一d餐廳order玫瑰花茶可能得2-3粒，所以覺得呢間餐廳係足料嘅👍除咗玫瑰花紅茶，仲有好多其他嘅選擇夜晚係呢附近放工醫肚既唔錯既選擇🤗 起菜快服務態度又快又好👍侍應會介紹d食物比客人店舖非常之乾淨，坐得相當舒服，一d都唔迫☺️鄰近鰂魚涌地鐵站位於海光街嘅喇沙面店非常好方便下次想試吓海南雞飯同酸菜魚我見到隔離枱食好似好好味咁😄
