今日又係九龍城開工,放工同事話一齊食dinner,我第一間諗到嘅就係呢間超有日本特色嘅呢間小店,最鍾意呢度嘅店面同埋內部裝修都好有日本居酒屋風格,喺入面食嘢都覺得好開心。首先一坐低就叫咗唐楊墨魚咀同花魚一夜干,呢兩個都係去居酒屋一定要叫嘅嘢,呢度個墨魚嘴炸得好酥脆,而一夜干亦都整得好好食,唔會太鹹。鮭魚牛油果沙律個樣超級震撼,將我最鍾意嘅兩樣嘢放埋一齊,好creamy,好好味。半熟海龍燒都係另一經典之作,龍蝦口感爽脆新鮮,真係一人食一隻都未夠!神戶和牛扒油脂分布一流,食落唔會太硬,但係亦有啲口感,牛味一流!
