To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本身諗住食小炒打冷,喺Google一search就搵到呢一間,見到佢有羊腩煲就俾佢吸引左過嚟試食。入到舖頭要上一樓先至係佢哋嘅餐廳,餐廳空間都算闊落,衛生情況不錯。忘記影低佢嘅特價餐牌,應該每個季節都有一啲特價嘅小菜,而今次我就叫左佢哋冬季嘅羊腩煲同埋佢哋做緊優惠嘅燒鵝!首先要講一講佢哋嘅燒鵝($58 例牌),首先睇咗價錢就已經俾佢吸引咗,整體方面都方面算唔錯,份量都好足夠,而且皮脆肉嫩,只可惜我叫果碟入邊有好多肥膏,有好幾個都係得皮同肥膏,最後我哋都浪費咗少少。天氣轉涼,點都要叫個羊腩煲。而佢嘅羊腩煲就不過不失,我個人都好鍾意食羊肉嘅,而鍾意食羊既羶味,而佢哋嘅羊肉都炆幾軟,口感都算滑,入邊仲有冬菇同枝竹,用嚟撈飯真係一流👍🏻佢呢都冇椒鹽九肚魚,咁就叫左個黃金鮮魷代替,而佢哋鹹蛋都好香,魷魚亦都唔會好硬,非常之好食😋最後,叫咗一碟時蔬 - 蒜蓉炒豆苗,豆苗新鮮,亦都唔會炒到好鹹,有啲菜嘅鮮甜味!整體來講都算好食,只係可惜我哋人唔算太多唔可以叫太多野黎試,不過有機會都可以再返嚟試一試

佢呢都冇椒鹽九肚魚,咁就叫左個黃金鮮魷代替,而佢哋鹹蛋都好香,魷魚亦都唔會好硬,非常之好食😋

最後,叫咗一碟時蔬 - 蒜蓉炒豆苗,豆苗新鮮,亦都唔會炒到好鹹,有啲菜嘅鮮甜味!

整體來講都算好食,只係可惜我哋人唔算太多唔可以叫太多野黎試,不過有機會都可以再返嚟試一試
