To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐廳位於太子道西123號,太子站C2出口行幾分鐘就到,一入門口係接待處,搭電梯上一樓先係食飯地方,環境空曠舒適,我地一行好好彩坐到四人卡位。砵仔焗魚腸($108)經典順德菜式,鯇魚腸、鯇魚肝和雞蛋以瓦砵焗製,魚腸處理得唔錯,完全食唔到有腥味,當中有薑絲和可以自由添加胡椒粉,蒸蛋表面焦香結實,內裹口感十分軟滑。原條清蒸沙巴($188)足足一斤沙巴魚,魚肉肉質嫩滑結實,食得出新鮮,食落都無咩魚骨,啖啖魚肉,味道都算鮮美,建議配上蒸魚豉油一齊食。脆皮吊燒雞($138)吊燒雞皮脆肉嫩,雞油香味濃郁,調味剛剛好,唔會太咸或太淡,師傅刀功唔錯,一路食都無咩碎骨,份量都唔少,四個人食都足夠。椒絲腐乳炒通菜($78)腐乳味濃郁,通菜口感爽口,食落有鑊氣,都幾抵食。
