To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 📍太子 - 【容記小菜王】太子太子道西123號地舖（太子站C2出口，步行約5分鐘)⁡呢日約咗幾個朋友gathering，大家都想食吓中菜，上網見到呢間米芝蓮推介嘅中菜，就同朋友嚟試吓🤣⁡位置方便，太子地鐵站一出行幾分鐘就到，而且門口個霓虹燈牌非常搶眼😆一眼就搵到間餐廳，餐廳有兩層，上層係食客座位，下層係接待處，裝修平實，有卡位有大枱，環境寬敞坐得舒服，而且每碟餸菜都好足料大大碟，適合家人、朋友聚餐。⁡當日去食嘅時候，近父親節，所以價錢係比平日貴咗少少。⁡容記小炒王 $138好足料，有韭菜花、蝦、蝦乾、腰果、三色椒等等，炒出嚟嘅韭菜爽脆，蝦乾大大隻，食落香口有咬感，非常好送飯😋⁡鳳梨咕嚕肉 $118咕嚕肉大大粒，外層香脆，肉質軟腍，菠蘿好新鮮好甜，醬汁酸甜比例啱啱好，好開胃！⁡櫻花蝦海皇炒飯 $128雖然味道有少少淡，但有櫻花蝦味，配料豐富，炒得夠乾身，啲飯粒粒分明。⁡薯角牛柳粒 $198整體有少少油，但牛肉粒好香又好腍，薯角外皮脆甜，綿密入味，加上自己好鍾意食薯仔，默默咁食咗好多薯角🙊好好食⁡彈牙鮮蝦餅 $148大大塊😍，炸得金黃，香氣撲鼻，一食落仲係熱辣辣，好彈牙，食得出係自己打嘅蝦
