To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六晚同左女友去左呢間店食夜晚,好多人,叫左個牧場穀飼牛鍋,湯底選了沙爹湯,完全冇味的.仲諗住會好d,分量亦少過舊年,d肥牛每分只得三片,會唔會少左d呀.我地仲另加兩分肥牛,兩分豬肉,一分唐生菜,一份烏冬同一分丸,佢d丸都介可以,但一分得4粒,我地一人一分都唔夠食啦......佢d牛肉冇咩味,可能冇點解凍掛,豬肉好少少,但比較鞋口.總括來講,比舊年貴好多,d野少好多,味道差好多,再加價真係唔去了......仲有佢個場得兩個小二o係度執野同幫人開爐,佢地非常唔得閒,如果要加湯最好自己加,如果唔係要等好耐......呢樣真係要改改.
