To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 太興是我喜愛的餐廳。最愛它的燒鵝及冰鎮奶茶!!「太興」的前身為「太興燒味」,由陳永安先生於1989年在香港西灣河太安樓創立,經過二十幾年的努力與發展,太興由一間小規模的傳統燒味快餐店,蛻變成港人熟識的連鎖集團。太興的板圖進駐國內多個城市,例如深圳、北京、上海、杭州、濟南、天津、武漢等。太興不斷壯大,除以燒味聞名的「太興餐廳」外,太興建立7個不同品牌:粥店「靠得住」、西餐廳「Café 308」、日式燒肉放題店「宮崎」、日式拉麵店「築地」、車仔麵店「MinMix 1950」、台式餐廳「TeaWood」及火鍋店「南燒北鍋」。唔知會否上市?太興是我喜愛的餐廳。太興地方比較整潔,枱比較大張,店員比較有禮貎,加上食物質素不錯,因此差不多每星期都幫襯太興。最近幾年一年都無聲無息的加價幾次,從$45的燒鵝飯午餐,已經加到現在$68。。。5年內增幅接近50%,人工都無加咁多。。。。太貴了。最近已變成每1,2個月先幫襯太興。調景嶺的餐廳不多,而且質素一般; 太興的加入,令我興奮!!很早前買了它的現金卷,大約有85折,所以又再增加幫襯的次數。太興食物質素不錯,所以晚上時段人流不斷。幸好今晚只等了十多分鐘便可

調景嶺的餐廳不多,而且質素一般; 太興的加入,令我興奮!!
很早前買了它的現金卷,大約有85折,所以又再增加幫襯的次數。太興食物質素不錯,所以晚上時段人流不斷。幸好今晚只等了十多分鐘便可入內。這間分店地方不算大,但太興大多都不會被要求搭枱,所以都坐得舒服。

好幾年前,太興的枱轉用這款用來盛放餐具的抽櫃,十分方便。這設計十分有創意,現在很多茶餐廳都用這款枱。連我我家的枱都照樣特製類似的枱。

外皮略脆,連著少少脂肪,它的油香,實在美味。但是,鵝肉有些實,而且不太熱,這可能因為大興的燒味是中央處理,因此味道不及小時在西灣河老店食的味道。但整體而言,都不錯!

*太興的價錢不是統一的,這裏的價錢比旺角平,而且晚餐燒味餐有油菜送。旺角好似是沒有。

牛腩夠腍又入味,份量多。最怕有些餐廳D筋大大舊,這餐的筋細細夠,爽口有咬感。另外,裹面有連皮的薯角,好好味!

冰鎮奶茶
冰鎮奶茶是太興首創的,不會冲淡奶茶的濃味而且能保持溫度,十分聰明的做法!太興奶茶每次飲的味道都一樣,就算去其他分店都一樣,品質的出品管理不錯!
