To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去香港公園經常路過呢間茶藝館,但無入過去,今次第一次幫襯,但令人極度失望!原來呢間係食齋,要入去睇餐牌才知,所有點心都係齋,本來無問題,只要煑得好食就得,好多齋舖都好好味,呢間茶藝館可能只顧人客去品嚐茶,所以所有點心都淡而無味,完全唔好食!茶有好多種味比客人揀,揀了普洱,但都分好多隻,分別每人叫一款,一款80幾,一款40幾,兩款都好苦澀,尤其是嗰隻2013年陳皮普洱,陳皮蓋過茶味,好似飲陳皮水😖!豆苗雲吞,全無豆苗香味,鮮露筍蝦餃,食齋當然無蝦,食落去只係覺得食緊一舊粉,素絲炒麵,從未食過咁難食嘅炒麵,豪無味道,好似食草,麻醬腸粉,無甜醬無花生醬味,都唔知食咗乜嘢醬,一啲味都無!所謂嘅蜜汁燒餅,無味一劈好粘嘅粉,食落去漿住咗個口,好難食,唯一薑汁糕有啲味道,算唔錯!菜館內好多外國人,我相信啲外國人都唔知啲中國點心唔係咁嘅味。所有食物份量好少,我唔會再去呢間茶藝館!
