Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 因為上一次吃了北京填鴨4人餐感覺很不錯, 所以再光顧。可惜4人餐已經沽清,而朋友對響螺燉湯花膠扒套餐很有興趣,我心想跟散叫對比,套餐價錢確實很吸引,亦懶得揀菜式,所以就點了這個套餐。朋友把燒味雙拼想得美了,以為每人可揀兩款,各自選喜好的,其實是一檯兩款。這樣我都明白亦接受,不過當燒味上桌時,我們發覺份量十分小氣,只比平日吃一個雙拼飯上的餸多一點點 - 就是一隻油雞脾加切得很細件的八件燒腩仔。幸好燒味的味道算保持水準,雞脾肉滑夠味,燒肉皮脆香。來了個所謂的焗蝦,不算細,但亦不是大得另人有甚麼驚喜。不過這蝦卻給了人一個意外,它是冷冰冰的,沒有溫度!由於蝦已十分熟透,沒可能要求再煮,亦只好接受。不過蒜蓉味很足,吃起來都不太差,就是吃了一隻凍透了的有蒜香味老蝦。幸好燉湯夠熱,味道算不錯,喝到有雞味。不過我平日也會在家煲湯水,對這類湯的渴求不大,倒是朋友少有住家飯吃,她十分欣賞這響螺湯。主角花膠扒是鱈魚膠,我是愛吃魚的人,那股絲絲魚腥味我是受得來的。整碟吃起來,我最回味卻是那棵菜膽,十分稔甜。整體而言,這一個華而不實的套餐不吃也吧,寧願散叫小菜可能更划算,雖然會貴一點,但吃起來可能會有滿足感。如

我們沒有再加點任何菜了,因為這套餐叫人失信心,添菜得又再多花上一百元,平宜的也該要七十八十吧。我們寧願吃後到外面找甜品填肚,把錢留給別的店賺。
