To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 太興燒味在我住在西灣河時已經幫襯,它本來是太安樓一間小小的燒味店,憑藉出色的燒味,創出了一間連鎖食肆,而我已經多年沒有吃過,咁啱我的客戶送了兩張金豬禮卷,每張$50,今天㨂了翔龍灣的分店去吃,這裡的環境比較好,我們選了兩個下午茶餐。我就叫了一個原隻鵝脾瀬($69),另外加$3有冰鎮奶茶。我最喜歡燒鵝皮脆肉嫩,可惜太興的鵝皮唔脆,要用牙撕開,我覺得好失望,鵝肉暖暖的而味道都可以,潄粉好幼,個湯好淡。奶茶都算滑,無冰在奶茶,所以都算濃,整體我覺得最好呢個👌👌👌老婆叫了軟綿綿花生醬多士($28)另外要了紅豆冰($8)-多士焗烤過,所以比較硬,綿花糖和多士中間有一層厚厚的花生醬,而綿花糖上層仲有一層朱古力糖醬,食落好滯,因為綿花糖、朱古力醬、花生醬加在一起,吞下食道時,覺得好似黏在食道中,如果當甜品吃完晚餐食會好些,最好仲大班人分,不過下午茶就太甜,因為吃完完全唔想食野😅😅😅,欣賞它的創意,可惜眼高手低😂😂😂紅豆冰內的紅豆唔好爛,花奶唔多,味道都算可以。👌👌👌兩個人下午茶要$108,我覺得不值😂😂😂
