To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

失望的staycation晚餐

Staycation package包左每人一個晚餐，見啲評論都不錯，本身有小小期望既，不過結果⋯⋯🫠首先入座無人理，自己掃好安心自己行入去，填好點餐紙交比職員時佢都無乜望我哋，只係mark左room number又不停入單，仲講左句：坐低唔好再轉位🫠 canteen級service首先每人先送上一個餐湯，正常發揮。餐飲方面，我特登mark左走甜😥但送到黎係有甜，都廢事出聲了。主菜上場，男朋友食嘅係柱候牛肋條飯。中式飯其實都預咗佢係碟頭飯嘅模樣，有啲枝竹同蘿蔔，牛肋條就唔係好見到呀⋯⋯份量極少，味道方面係正常嘅柱侯味道，略咸。不過無肉呢個就真係搞唔掂😓我呢個就係網上評論較好嘅豬扒，同樣地個汁味道小咸，不過都可以接受。分咗啲比男朋友食（等佢有啲肉），佢話依個算ok，因為至少肉質係唔會太乾，配菜就有翠玉瓜同幾多既薯容。總括嚟講，呢個絕對唔係一間酒店餐廳應有嘅質素🥴
