To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 除了服務還可，食物份量與質量皆是強差人意。本人一行四人中秋做節，沒有叫是日套餐，散叫數個小菜，包括乳豬拼盤（乳豬併燒鵝，每款只8小件，是極小），這道菜連加一超過 HKD400; 另一道羗葱海參帶子煲價錢也是相約，但只有4粒極小的帶子，海參份量可想而知，其他餸菜不用說了，總之是失望，埋單二千蚊，好似無嘢落肚咁！貴得黎係極之唔抵食，亦唔係特別好食
